Follow Your Dreams

Just use : Wiring.

Butterfly pendant, tensha bead, rondelle and pearl.

Made this as a farewell gift for Sisy.
I think she will hang it on her pencil case. :)
May all her dreams/goals come true.

Summer Time

No more wiring!
This is the easy method of just using elastic string, pearls, rondelles, tensha bead as well as transparent and pink glass bead.
The hard point may be the part where you tie the ending knot.
Anyhow, do tie it twice or thrice as tightly as possible.

Japanese Tensha Bead

I totally love the bead.
Floral summer dresses and picnics!

Update:
This is for Jacqueline. Oh, farewell!

The Queen

Got the Victorian-style pendant from an old piece of jewellery I purchased last time.
So, I recycled it and again, by wiring, connect it to pearls, rondelles, pearls as well as shining brown and black glass beads of different sizes plus silver chain.  Then, our 'choker' is done!

This has a different feel compared to the other necklaces I have made before.

I would wear this to a formal dinner party; matched with my white dress! :)

Tip: Do not throw away unwanted/spoilt jewelleries.
Some bits and pieces may be modified or recycled!

Update:
I am giving it to Thaddy as a farewell gift!
Hope she will like it.

'Die Lian Hua'

The name is in Mandarin.

  • Die from Hu Die meaning butterfly
  • Lian as in Love
  • Hua meaning Flower

Red and pink swarovski stuck on the pink butterfly and then, connected with the pink flower (same as my previous design) and ends it with bright and blood red glass beads by you should know by now : Wiring! :)

You may use a black string for the necklace. Or a black/white cloth ribbon instead.
The red ribbon does not really match but it was the only ribbon I had then!

I think my nieces would like this piece.  They can have it as a necklace.
Also, I think it would be nice if it could be part of their dress or top.
Something like this:

Someone told me that the PINK is so like Barbie! Haha.
Besides, Miss Sharifah suggested I make a brooch using this design and with a smaller butterfly.
So, yay. 3 suggestions for this design.
By the way, the name : Die Lian Hua is given from my friend, Li Meng.
Meaningful, right? :)

Pink Day

Pink flower I got from online and by wiring, connect it to pearls, different sizes of pink, yellow and transparent glass beads.
It makes a good summer companion and also makes a little girl feels fairy-ish (? Maybe. Lol)

You may consider making a necklace (From the first picture, it may be the pendant.  Then, slowly by wiring and more beads and pearls, the necklace is complete.)

And also, it's suggested that I can make a brooch out of this for tudung.  I've yet to try but it sounds good and looks pretty, as I can imagine it to be!

Aqua Flower

Dark and light green swarovski stuck onto the wooden blue flower.
By wiring, connect it with the gold diamond-studded bead and those green shades beads which I've used in my previous designs.
And, yes, I do love green and blue!
I made this as:
1)  a short necklace.
Matched my blue dress!
2)  hair accessory
It does rest well on my lioness's mane. lol
But for hair accessory, do try it on your hair and then, adjust until you get the exact fit!

Look-at-ME Rose

Pink rose stuck on a mirror-like base with a pearl hanging as the final touch.
A simple long  piece.
I'd go casual with this.

This was my first necklace made with flowers/cabochons.
In fact, it was for my coursemate, Atiqa who turned 21 then. :)

The Mother Rose

4cm bright pink rose stuck on this round-petal like base.
I use thin chain for this short necklace.
With this, we are ready for spring!

I made this as a gift for my friend, Rebecca when got a job in London!

Butterfly's Dream

Combination of amber and 3 shades of green glass beads, a butterfly pendant and lastly a blue tear-drop bead.
Wiring process and using ball pins.
I like this best on a white top or dress.
On a side note, this can also be made into a keychain.

Remember, like the butterfly, do spread your wings and fly!

The sky is the limit.
May all your dreams come true.

Flower Garden

Consists of a pink chrysanthemum and yellow rose with dark and light green swarovski glued onto a vintage-like base plate.
I attach a combination of 2 green glass beads, rondelle with diamond-like studs and a pearl (made by Wiring)
The bright-coloured flowers add some cheerfulness to this vintage piece.
Easily matched with any coloured outfit.
Can wear it to work and also when you are out shopping/chilling with mates.
